Here is a premium simulator lounge located on the second floor of Fairway Social. I have included some concept work and renderings of the current space.
Above is a liquor locker hallway for members to be able to store their items and access their private collections.
This space was to have two simulators of differing sizes and possibly a putting green. There is a party room that is not shown here but is in the same similar style.
